What’s that ?

It’s the missing link between Encuentros and Marathons.

Why “Friends” ?

Because every one has some friends abroad, who could not yet find the time to visit this spot in the world where tango & socializing get together.  Tango is about dance, but it’s also meeting people, hearing stories from elsewhere, discovering new places.

For Christ sake ?

Because we like to welcome people from abroad, because we want to share our place with them, and eventually get the feeling we’re elsewhere while being at home..

An equal balance between leaders-followers will be aimed for. 

3 days entrance : 39 Euro, 1 drinkcard included.

Every day: included snacks & home made food, fruits, water, coffee and tea, fresh home made soup during the night.

Tango Friends Meeting, the best way to bring your friends tangueros to this wonderful region

From the main not traditional Argentine tango Ozgur "el Turquito" Demir and Marina Marques are back to propose a new edition of their seminar.

You have already appreciated their generosity, kindness, and teaching skills in the classroom.

The 2015 theme is entitled "Let the orchestra guide your steps"

Our maestros come to give us clues to dance differently in different orchestras.

Technic, energy and expression will be at the service of the muscicale listen, leader & follower will be able to play with the orchestra.

The long and comprehensiveness of elements discussed around a theme allow participants to immerse themselves in their tango lessons during the 9h1/2 class. This seminar allows an intensive technical work, quiet, with lots of exercises & examples in motion.

The courses are built to bring as much to each of the two roles in the dance couple.

                      15h to 18h Seminar Part 1.

Sunday 05: 13h30 to 16h Seminar Part 2

                      pause: taste Easter "eggs in the eggs."

for the 1st time "Aux Frontières" : DJ'ette Marion!

BUT before...

Verschillende vrienden, die gewoonlijk naar onze milonga komen, hielden er aan  om onlangs hun onbehagen te uiten. Hun opbouwende en goedbedoelde opmerkingen bevestigden onze persoonlijke indruk:

Het groeiend aantal dansers + teveel individualistische gedragingen = einde van het gemeenschappelijk  comfort.

In plaats dat we zeggen dat er iets aan het verdwijnen is ,  niets te doen op de danspiste , waarvan sommigen beslist hebben er een pétanque-baan van te maken, vinden we dat het moment gekomen is om te dromen van de befaamde codigos en na te gaan hoe ons die kunnen helpen om er verandering in te brengen.

Want, indien de tango een levend gebeuren is , geboren uit creativiteit en reizenervaringen, heeft deze zich verspreid samen met zijn gebruiken , die toelaten er respect en gezelligheid te ervaren.

“Aux Frontières” zoals ergens anders, zou dit probleem kunnen leiden tot  het (her)ontdekken van niet alleen dat we niet alleen dansen, noch met twee, maar samen met zijn allen.

Op 30 nov van 15u30 tot 17u organiseren we tevens een eerste gezamelijke workshop

“ uitnodigen – verbinding – doorstroming”.

Deze workshop is GRATIS en geeft gratis toegang tot de milonga. Alle niveaus zijn welkom, ook de meest ervaren dansers.

De dansers, reeds gevoelig voor deze problemen, zijn ook van harte welkom om bij te dragen met hun steun en ervaring.

De milonga vangt aan om 17u met de buitengewone DJ Marion. De toegangsprijs voor hen , die niet aan de workshop hebben deelgenomen bedraagt 6 €

En zij die liever pétanque spelen, sorry maar onze parket is er niet tegen bestand om hun achtenswaardige passie op bot te vieren.
